BBQ For All Seasons!

MC Chefs busy this morning prepping for BBQ service at a private event in Kelvindale this evening.  Our Original Detroit Hamburgers with Crispy Bacon, Fried Onions & Relish are on the menu along with some bespoke, off-menu treats including Chargrilled Fillet Steaks with Caramelized Onions, Rocket & Horseradish Sauce and some aromatic Moroccan Marinated Lamb Cutlets.  An exciting menu for sure, that’s got the office tastebuds tingling just writing about it………..& we’re still only in the coffee phase of the day!

We’re hoping the sunshine is here to stay for the day & evening……….but we have no fears of a washout at our event tonight.  Our new 4.5M x 3M gazebo allows us the necessary cover to fire up the grills & ensure service runs smoothly while flicking two fingers in the direction of any pesky dark clouds that may appear!  MC 1 Scottish Weather 0.  Result!
