Canapes & Carvery in Glasgow
MC chefs hard at it in the kitchen today prepping for a 40th birthday celebration over in Rutherglen. Canapes & champagne followed by a hot/ cold buffet for 70 guests. The carvery section of the buffet includes medium rare Roast Fillet of Beef, Sweet Soy Glazed Fillet of Pork & Moroccan Spiced Roast Leg of Lamb. All fine things are these & add in some Hot-Smoked Salmon, Tiger Prawn & Chorizo Skewers, Roasted Vegetable Terrine and a wide range of salads & breads & we have a rather exciting spread for our guests to enjoy.
