CoStar UK Events
Millar Catering recently completed a successful series of three events for CoStar UK in Glasgow city centre. The m.o for the event required slick & speedy service to fit into a seriously tight time schedule in order that CoStar’s executives were allowed the maximum time to look after their clients.
We set up our mobile kitchen in the staff lunch area & our chefs got to work on preparing lunch while our front off house team took care of the champagne & canapes reception. Both the reception & lunch service were delivered with impeccable timing & CoStar were delighted with our work.
Chef Craig’s ‘bistro style’ main course of Seared Breast of Chicken with Crushed Potatoes, a Panache of Blanched Vegetables and Champagne & Tarragon sauce was a real winner with the guests & CoStar, having held around 30 of these events in various UK cities over the last few months, tell us that the food & service provided in Glasgow was by far the best. Great feedback & we never tire of hearing such sentiments…..
We were delighted to return to CoStar last week to serve champagne & canapes for their staff Christmas Party. It was another fantastic event with our Mini-Beefburgers with rocket & spicy relish and our Little Hot Dogs with crispy bacon & Dijon mustard going down a storm with the guests. There was a tremendous atmosphere in the building & we have literally never seen canapes disappear so fast. We shall take that as a positive review!
