Dinner Party Catering in Glasgow
Fab private dinner party for one of our clients in Glasgow’s Merchant City last week. The starter of Buttered Chicken & Baby Leek Terrine served with Mixed Leaves & Tomato Chutney was a real crowd pleaser. Main course of Chargrilled Fillet of Beef with Dauphinoise, Roasted Roots & Red Wine Jus was a (medium) rare treat as you’d expect and Chef Allan’s uber tasty Whisky & Seville Orange Marmalade Bread & Butter Pudding served with Crème Anglaise rounded the meal off in fine style. A grand night for sure, thanks to Allan & Natalie for their graft on this one……….
