Our Fishy Friends
Big shout out to our buddies over at Fantoosh Fish on Great Western Road for some delicious langoustine the other week. We baked ‘em for the purpose of creating a new canapé – Baked Langoustine on Tiny Herb & Olive Shortbreads with Paprika Mayo & Flat Parsley – for Calmac @ the Visit Scotland Expo at the SECC. The guys at Calmac tell us that these little numbers were the most popular canapé of the day. We can well imagine why. That’s what we call a seriously tasty canapé…………
