Dear Tony, we would like to express our thanks to you and your staff for the excellent service we received from Millar Catering on our wedding day on 21st may 2010.
From the very start we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. It made so much of a difference to the planning of our wedding to know that our caterer was willing to listen to our ideas but also contribute his own ideas based on his experience.
On the day the staff were very helpful and friendly, and we felt that the pace of the day flowed well.
But most important of all the meal was absolutely delicious and we had a number of our guests compliment us during the day. We would have no hesitation in recommending Millar Catering to our friends and family.

I found Millar Catering on a general web search and consider this a very lucky and successful find.
Tony dealt with all of my initial questions and some unusual requests in a very professional and friendly manner. He provided me with plenty of ideas for menus and there was a huge amount of flexibility from Tony on what he could do. I also really appreciated that he went out to our quite out of the way venue and checked out the facilities before hand.
On the day, Tony and his staff were so professional and bent over backwards to make sure our guests were all very well looked after. The food was delicious and we received very positive feedback from our guests. It was a perfect day and I was very happy with the service.

Once again thank you for providing such a wonderful lunch for our cruise on Saturday 27th December. We couldn't have picked a better day for the cruise - if only we had some perfect days like that in the summer!
Numbers this year were back up to the usual level and everyone had a great time. Again your catering, including the three girls preparing and serving the meal added to the experience and as I said in my email there were many favourable comments about the quality and quantity of the food.
I'd imagine we will do something similar between Christmas & New Year in 2010 and, all being well, I'll be in touch after the summer.

Millar catering went the extra mile for my Mum's 60th birthday. The night of the dinner saw a bad snowstorm that we thought would scupper all plans, but they made it to us, on time and were extremely friendly and professional.
The food was superb, and for the price of a decent restaurant, we enjoyed a lovely relaxed meal at home so that I could tend to our baby when necessary. The kitchen was left immaculate and I really cannot fault the service. We'll be booking again!

Millar Catering provided service for The Scottish Sun Opera evening at the Theatre Royal in Glasgow.
They were highly recommended by the Theatre and the level of service from staff provided was of impeccable standards. The Glasgow Association for Mental Health (GAMH) launched a Food for Recovery festival on 18 June 2010 and Millar Catering provided a bespoke service for a niche customer group by cooking and serving 11 of the recipes from the recipe book that was launched on the day. The recipes are an opportunity created by GAMH for service users and carers to participate in food-related activities that support well-being and promote recovery.
Millar Catering were adaptable and flexible, delivering an excellent service and the staff were very friendly and highly professional. The event was a great success and we received glowing feedback from service users and guests.

people, and provided a very varied selection of great quality buffet

Millar catering has been providing the catering for the Newborn Life Support I run at Princess Royal Maternity since we began. They provide a wonderful service with food available all day, including breakfast when the candidates arrive.
I teach on similar courses in Dundee and Fife and the Glasgow course is well known to have by far the best catering. The staff are present throughout the day and we have had nothing but praise in the evaluation sheets our candidates give back to us at the end of the course. I would not consider using another catering company for my courses and happily recommend them.
