Wedding Canapes
The Millar Catering team were on the case at a wedding doon the watter last weekend. Brrrrr it was extra cold doon the watter but Chef Allan’s canapes & buffet menu were just the ticket to warm the cockles. Amongst the favourites with the wedding guests were our Mini-Asparagus Tartlets served hot with Caramelized Shallots & Hollandaise Sauce and Little Tartelts with Hot-smoked Salmon, Avocado Salsa & Lime Creme Fraiche (pictured beow). Meanwhile on the buffet front the wedding guests were treated to myriad culinary delights including Rare Roast Sirloin of Beef served with Caramelized Onions & Dijon Mustard, a side of Hot-Smoked Salmon, Roast Loin of Pork served with Caramelized Apple and Venison Pate with Confit Red Onions & Arran Oatcakes . Our ever popular Beetroot & Carrot Remoulade with a cheeky Horseradish kick was the pick of the salads on offer. Another fine buffet spread we think
